Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Juneau, Alaska. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals and equipment, and using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage inventory and verify returns.

You will move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and answer questions to ensure a smooth journey for customers. A valid license and safety training are required; position includes on-the-job education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers and inspect equipment for safety.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; educate customers on policies.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
