Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Asheboro, NC. You will welcome customers, help them locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments.

You will engage with customers throughout the day, process orders, and assist with loading merchandise as needed. The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and teamwork with other store areas. A part-time schedule is available, with opportunities to grow within the company and participate

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to perform duties with standing/sitting
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe) according to customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
