Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Chester, VA. This role focuses on welcoming customers, helping them find products, and delivering excellent service across store departments.

You will engage customers, answer questions, and ensure needs are met throughout the day. Typical duties include stocking, assisting with merchandise, processing orders, and potentially cross-training in other sections to maintain top-tier service.

Competenze

• 6 months of computer experience.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
