Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, tracing shipments, quotes and billing questions.
• Handle clerical duties including phone, filing and data entry.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation.
