Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry.
• Place orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk in (counter sales).
• Negotiate sale price and purchase price within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and drive process improvements.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels and source products from various inventories or suppliers.
• Place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order without approval.
• Expedite backorders and prepare shipments; handle returns as needed.
