Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a RB Global company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, process payments, and support sale day activities. You will work with multiple departments to gather documents and keep customers informed throughout the bidding process.

The role requires in-person interaction with customers, strong computer skills, fast and accurate data entry, and a positive team attitude in Illinois, Caseyville area.

• Experience working in-person with customers.
• Able to learn new software and use computers.
• Excellent keyboarding and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents by internal coding and Lot number.
• Communicate with departments and customers to obtain required documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Deliver superior customer service to all customers.
• Support safety initiatives and take personal responsibility for safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
