Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), RB Global family, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support branches and service centers. You will assist customers in person and via multiple channels, processing orders, entering data, and handling records to drive branch growth.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and independence, with a professional appearance and reliability in a fast-paced auction environment at our Caseyville location.
