Mygrant Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs to serve as the first point of contact for clients, process orders and payments, and support branch operations. The role emphasizes professional, accurate service with a focus on timely responses and ongoing support.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with order processing, returns, and payments is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory - interacting with operation warehouse inventory control.
• Interact with customers via telephone and in-person providing information and assistance.
• Manage customer accounts with discretion and upscale customer concerns as needed.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure a solution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Develop working knowledge of the evolving products and services to better serve customers.
