Job summary

Mygrant Glass is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative in Denver, CO to be the first point of contact for customers, process orders and payments, and support branch operations.

This non-exempt, full-time role offers an hourly range of $19.50–$21.00, with a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Strong communication, multitasking, and Microsoft skills are essential; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and checks with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory and interact with warehouse control.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person to provide information.
• Manage customer accounts with discretion and escalate concerns as needed.
• Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and file documents.
