Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Enter orders for products via Shopify, Vendornet, fax, and email.
• Perform morning paperwork and correct prior day mistakes.
• Support sales with quotes and order entry.
• Enter PHS Medical orders and send EPD PO's to WTN after proofing.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and update website inventory visibility.
• Provide order updates, tracking info, and resolve payment issues.
• Assist with filing and organize order documentation.
