Pacific Supply is seeking an entry-level Service Representative to assist customers with order transactions under the direction of the Branch Manager at our Medford, OR location. This role emphasizes courteous service, accurate data entry, and teamwork to support store operations.

Responsibilities include processing orders, finalizing transactions at the register, and rotating Saturday opening shifts. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges and assists all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Input orders accurately into the computer system and operate the cash register to finalize transactions.
• Shares Saturday opening of store on rotating basis.
