Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Rep for a client in Maumee, OH. You will be the primary contact for clients, providing professional support and ensuring needs are met with enthusiasm.

The position offers first shift, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with possible overtime. Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, plus a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, and referral bonuses.

Qualificações

• Data entry and order processing experience required.
• Strong computer/Outlook skills.
• Excellent communication with active listening.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• 3-5 years in customer service or sales.
• Furniture experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Outside Sales Representatives
• Assist in product specification and quoting
• Clarify orders and confirm finish, price, and fabric reservations
• Provide product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours
• Focus on maintaining strong customer relations and timely responses
• Manage orders from specification to delivery and coordinate with teams
