Green Bay Packaging in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Team and customers through order placement, pricing, deliveries, and issue resolution. You will interact with customers, sales reps, and production staff to ensure accurate information and timely service.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organization, and at least one year in customer service. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Able to interact with customers at all levels within the company.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
• Two-year degree with two years related experience preferred.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely information about order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process orders, changes, and returns according to policies.
• Handle customer returns and related processes.
• Provide feedback on service issues to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to meet service expectations.
• Prioritize a fluctuating workload.
• Communicate with clients and sales teams via phone, email, and memos.
• Place purchase orders and coordinate delivery dates with vendors.
• Manage multiple accounts and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Coordinate printing plates and die boards with suppliers as needed.
