Green Bay Packaging, a USA-based packaging company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with Sales, Production, and internal teams. The role involves handling quotes, orders, and pricing, and ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data-entry experience.
• Manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Enter and verify quote and order information in ESP.
• Navigate customer portals, applications, and other procurement platforms.
• Maintain and verify customer pricing accuracy.
• Track orders to support accurate shipping dates.
• Process daily warehouse stock releases and maintain on-site and off-site warehouse inventory.
• Assist Accounting with billing issues.
• Maintain customer files, including quotes and purchase orders.
• Update quotes, production documents, orders, and related system information.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone and electronically.
• Support the Quality Department with customer issues and complaint handling.
