Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years in a Customer Service environment or related field; corrugated experience is a plus.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with customers.
• Must interact with all company levels.
• Self-starter with ability to work without supervision.
• High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers regularly by phone, email or in person to develop and maintain an excellent relationship.
• Review purchase requirements and initiate the process.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Monitor and replenish customer inventories and execute purchases.
• Identify issues, evaluate options, and communicate requirements to team.
• Coordinate of assigned projects and keep documentation.
• Maintain technical competency and stay current with processes.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with the customer service manager.
