Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Strong customer orientation.
• At least 1 year in a Customer Service environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work without supervision.
• High attention to detail; able to troubleshoot issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Two-year degree with related manufacturing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely information on order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process orders/changes and returns per policies.
• Process returns according to policies.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or concerns.
• Partner with Sales to exceed service expectations.
• Prioritize a fluctuating workload.
• Communicate with clients and sales via phone, email, memos.
• Place purchase orders and secure delivery dates with vendors.
• Manage multiple accounts through orders, changes and deliveries.
• Coordinate printing plates and die boards purchases to spec.
