Job summary

Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Livingston, NJ. The role supports the Customer Service Department under the Customer Service Manager, ensuring timely order processing and reliable service from order receipt to delivery.

The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, coordinate with Sales, Credit, Logistics, Quality, and other teams, and handle urgent/non-routine requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to diagnose issues and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with assigned customers and serve as primary contact for daily service matters.
• Process orders from receipt to shipment, coordinating with departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate customer requirements accurately and coordinate activities to complete orders.
