Job summary

Supply-chain Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Customer Service Rep in New Jersey. The role runs 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with a pay of $20.50 per hour. Primary duties include processing orders, providing product, service, and transit information, and resolving customer issues as a liaison.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and attention to detail, plus 0-12 months of data entry or warehouse experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to customers.
• Act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
• Resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
