Job summary

A 2‑year business degree is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with MS Office are required; AS400 experience is helpful. Local candidates preferred (no relocation).

Qualifications

• 2 year business-related degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Resolution driven and customer service oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
• Solid computer skills including MS Office; AS400 experience is helpful.
• Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as assigned.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package available).

Responsibilities

• Serving customers and Sales Managers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
• Handling calls, order status inquiries, pricing questions, and shipping issues.
• Accurate data entry of customer orders.
• Collaborating with sales representatives and managers for pricing overrides and problem resolution.
• Responding to telephone inquiries and routing calls as needed.
• Backup other jobs during vacations and illness as required.
