Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and Sales Managers by providing product and service information.
• Resolve product and service problems and manage order status inquiries.
• Accurate data entry of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Assist pricing overrides, special products, and issue resolution with accounts.
• Backup other jobs during vacations and illnesses as needed.
