Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, office administration, order entry, or sales support preferred.

• Ability to learn and navigate order entry systems and ticketing software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and update customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer questions and requests through a ticketing system.
