Job summary

Akralos Animal Nutrition seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative in Mankato, MN to deliver exceptional service to feed customers and internal teams. You will manage orders, respond to inquiries, and support multiple locations using Microsoft D365.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in customer service, ERP experience, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment; a high school diploma is required, with a degree in business or agriculture preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years demonstrated success in Customer Service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience entering and managing sales orders in an ERP system (D365, JD Edwards, SAP, or equivalent).
• Open to change, curious, and comfortable working in the grey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Feed customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage error-free orders from creation through delivery using Microsoft D365.
• Provide timely responses to customer complaints and issues regarding sales orders.
• Demonstrate urgency and responsiveness to inquiries, voicemails, and emails pertaining to sales orders, product availability, pricing, invoices, and other.
• Deliver a pleasant voice and written communication experience with patience and empathy.
• Communicate accurate product information, availability, pricing, and location policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales, and team members across multiple locations.
