Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in customer service or help desk roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email about product requests, pricing, and order assistance.
Processing parts transactions accurately, including quantities, pricing, and purchase order details.
Collaborating with warehouse and production teams to support fulfillment, shipping, and inventory needs.
Maintaining and updating customer records and system information with precision.
Reviewing incoming orders for completeness and ensuring timely order entry and processing.
