Stivers Staffing Services is hiring a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative in Parma Heights to grow customer accounts and drive business development. You will partner with Sales and Administration to follow up with prospects, strengthen relationships, and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or inside sales.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and MS Word/Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and qualify sales opportunities with timely follow-up.
• Identify potential customers via market research and outbound prospecting.
• Assist customers with product, pricing, orders, and invoicing questions.
• Process client setup, credit requests, orders, invoices; maintain CRM records.
