Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve product, order, shipping, and return issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Advise customers on return and warranty processes, processing replacements if applicable.
• Communicate trends, issues, and insights to the team to inform improvements.
• Cross-sell or refer products and services to enhance customer experience and drive loyalty.
