Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of emails, calls, and order processing.
• Liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Process customer orders and verify inventory and shipping docs.
• Provide order status updates and maintain documentation.
• Prepare invoices, credit memos, and supporting paperwork.
• Coordinate shipments to branches and customers.
