Job summary

Dupli Envelope & Graphics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary internal liaison, processing orders and resolving customer issues with accuracy and professional communication. The role emphasizes timely updates and coordination with sales, production, and other departments.

The position requires a Two- or Four-year degree or equivalent, basic computer skills, strong organization, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Qualifications

• Two- or Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in basic computer knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work independently with verbal or written instructions.
• Ability to work basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts.
• Provide quality service and support in order entry, online system troubleshooting, and mailings.
• Handle incoming requests from customers and sales to ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Monitor open order reports and communicate updates with sales and customers.
• Daily customer interactions via phone or email.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments/customers/sales.
• Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
• Perform other basic tasks as assigned.
