Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a professional manner.
• Ability to read blueprints or measurements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and coordinate orders, RFQs, returns and credits per policy.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, inventory, warehousing and fabrication to meet customer needs.
• Minimize shipments and costs while meeting delivery requirements.
• Investigate order, shipping and billing errors and coordinate solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote promotions at order entry.
• Complete training and demonstrate competence as defined by management.
