Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online portals.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders.
• Provide order updates and follow up with customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality and other departments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to support sales growth.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain required daily call volume.
