Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, non-standard, and export orders from entry through shipment.
• Enter and update order details accurately in the ERP system.
• Resolve order errors before they reach customers or invoices.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams.
• Support month-end efforts to ship orders within the period.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide proactive updates on delays, changes, or shortages.
• Prepare and verify export documentation.
• Support the Customer Service Representative with non-routine issues.
• Identify process improvements and document repeatable procedures.
