Job summary

Konnect Resources, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain positive customer relations and ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.

You will enter purchase orders from email, fax, and EDI; monitor orders; resolve discrepancies; coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping; and provide timely updates. Candidates should have 2–3 years in customer service, strong English, Excel proficiency, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders accurately via email, fax, and EDI.
• Monitor orders throughout fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns.
• Provide timely updates on order status and account information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality Control to meet customer requirements.
• Document and track customer complaints and communicate resolutions.
