Accurate Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate shipments for Komax customer machines. You will support customers, sales teams, and internal departments with a focus on accuracy and professional communication.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, ERP system familiarity (SAP4HC preferred), and the ability to multitask effectively. A meticulous, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP4HC preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone regarding order status, inventory availability, pricing, returns, and technical service incidents.
• Process and administer customer orders.
• Provide support to customers, sales representatives, and internal personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service database records.
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) according to established RMA/SRO procedures.
• Prepare and submit forms and reports supporting Customer Service and Sales.
• Coordinate shipments, tracking, and returns of Komax customer machines.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• Follow company policies and procedures outlined in quality system documentation, safety manuals, and the employee handbook.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
