Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. in Melville, NY is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Customer Service Specialist to support customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues onsite. Mon-Fri, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch; pay rate $24/hr.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service. This role interfaces with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate order management and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with order entry or ERP systems such as Sage 100 is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
