Job summary

OBE seeks a Customer Service Representative 1 for our Glass Facility in Schofield, WI. You will document customer interactions and transactions, and accurately process quotes and orders for production, while supporting the Customer Service Manager.

This role requires 1–2 years of prior customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with deadlines. 18+ years old preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of prior customer service experience.
• Must have computer experience and accuracy in numeric input.
• Strong organizational and listening skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines; overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a broad knowledge of clients, products and services of the organization.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.
• Accurately process phoned, faxed and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut off times and other time constraints that may exist.
• Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned in orders for production.
• Answer the phone in 3 rings or less and direct callers to appropriate departments.
• Aid co-workers as needed.
• Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time.
