Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Albertville, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to service customers, enter and review orders, and handle calls in a fast-paced setting.

This hourly role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and opportunities for raises and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.

What You'll Get to Do

The Customer Service Representative is located in Albertville, MN. The position is focused on servicing customers and entering orders into our system, reviewing orders for accuracy, answering incoming calls from our existing customer base and other miscellaneous administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position, and the typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Job responsibilities include:

• Exceptional customer service

Position Pay Range

$20 - $22 USD
