Job summary

The Larko Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Order Entry Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and accounting to manage the full order lifecycle, respond to inquiries, and help keep orders moving smoothly from receipt through delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or inside sales support (manufacturing or distribution strongly preferred).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide product information, pricing, order status, and shipping details
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
• Build strong working relationships with key accounts and distributors
• Accurately enter and process customer orders into Oracle
• Review orders for pricing, availability, lead times, and accuracy
• Manage order changes, cancellations, and updates
• Monitor order status and communicate delays or issues
• Work with sales, production, scheduling, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping on fulfillment
• Partner with accounting on billing, invoicing, and credit issues
