Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Order Entry Specialist in Lodi, CA to accurately enter and process customer orders, prepare quotes, and support timely fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering and Accounting to ensure accurate pricing, order accuracy, and on-time delivery while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP, order entry, and pricing processes preferred.
• Strong data entry, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to read basic blueprints is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders with accuracy.
• Prepare quotes that match customer requirements and product specifications.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering and Accounting.
• Monitor backlog and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
