Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process accurate order entry and order management activities.
• Handle Salesforce.com case management and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Quality, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
• Provide information on inventory, pricing, shipping, and technical inquiries.
• Maintain customer accounts and support updates.
• Resolve routine issues and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
