Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with delivery and installation services through follow-up communications.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to assist inquiries effectively.
