Job summary

Titan International in Aiken, SC is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, order entry, and issue resolution. You will support transportation operations and help drive cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CST and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Manage order entry, updates, back orders, pricing, and fulfillment tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met.
• Address customer requests, including product inquiries, returns, credit requests, and complaints.
• Process quality and warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Support transportation and logistics coordination to optimize service and costs.
• Balance multiple priorities across phone and email while meeting service and productivity goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
