CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. in Greenville, SC is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for Whirlpool customers and installers, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring escalations meet SLAs.

This role requires strong logistics customer service experience, excellent communication, data entry proficiency, and the ability to coordinate service orders, schedules, updates, and cross‑functional communication with Whirlpool and CRST teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics customer service or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and ability to maintain records.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Whirlpool customers and provide timely information.
• Call customers to provide time windows for services and perform follow‑ups.
• Receive warm leads and process product sales quickly and accurately.
• Record, track, and escalate issues to Whirlpool and CRST managers as needed.
• Manage service orders, upload documents, and update Whirlpool systems with accurate information.
• Track installer escalations and provide updates to supervisors and managers.
• Perform daily tasks including inventory scans, service order updates, and paperwork completion.
• Resolve Whirlpool escalations within SLA timelines.
• Act as liaison between Whirlpool customers, CRST service teams, and internal departments.
