Job summary

Titan International in Aiken, SC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver high-quality support through order processing, inquiry resolution and proactive communication. You will partner with Sales and internal teams to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include managing orders, updates and fulfillment tracking, handling returns and warranty claims, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Manage order entry, updates, back orders, pricing, and fulfillment tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met.
• Address customer requests, including product inquiries, returns, credit requests, and complaints.
• Process quality and warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Support transportation and logistics coordination to optimize service and costs.
• Balance multiple priorities across phone and email while meeting service and productivity goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
