Responsibilities

• Contact customers to obtain information and progress projects.
• Update internal tools with status of drawings, engineering, and project dates.
• Provide project information and drawings to engineering and drafting teams.
• Answer customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and billing issues.
• Record and route orders/changes to the appropriate staff.
• Communicate product and technical information to customers.
