Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years’ experience as a Forklift Operator.
• One-year shipping experience.
• College and/or related technical experience.
• One-year supervisory experience managing at least five people.
• Four years’ experience in the corrugated box industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Load Planner to ensure Orders are planned for 100% On Time Delivery and Maximum Trailer efficiency.
• Supervise Forklift Operators in daily loading of trucks to customer satisfaction.
• Attend daily Scheduling Meeting and assist Plant Scheduler to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare work orders and coordinate repairs of trucks, trailers, forklifts, dock plates, and dock doors.
• Coordinate with Sales Service the delivery of customer orders on time.
• Enforce corrective action procedures and conduct meetings with employees and union reps.
