Job summary

Pratt Industries in West Virginia seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to lead customer service, order entry, processing, and shipping in a manufacturing environment. You will supervise the service team, coordinate with Design and Production, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality customer support.

The role requires five years in a corrugating setting and supervisory experience; Amtech and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Five years of experience in a corrugating environment.
Five years supervisory experience overseeing three or more people.
Experience as a Customer Service Representative 5+ years.
Experience in the Corrugated Box industry preferred.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Experienced in Amtech.
Experience handling multi-customers.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service, order entry, order processing, and order shipping.
Supervise sales service and work closely with Design Department & Production Team.
Supervise Plant Scheduler and Tooling Coordinator.
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service reps.
Attend scheduling meetings when Customer Service Manager is not available.
Monitor inventory and warehouse items; advise on stock availability, slow/fast moving items.
Keep Sales Manager informed of problems affecting sales service, scheduling, and shipping.
Review and revise service procedures and train personnel for quality service.
Lead and coordinate new item meetings; backup Tooling Coordinator.
Other duties as assigned by management (e.g., Month End Closings, visits to customers/prospects).
