Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years’ experience in a corrugating environment.
• Five years supervisory experience overseeing three or more people.
• Or 5+ years as Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales service and coordinate with Design and Production.
• Supervise Plant Scheduler and Tooling Coordinator.
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer service reps.
• Attend scheduling meetings when CS Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse stock; advise on availability.
• Keep Sales Manager informed of issues affecting sales service.
• Review and revise service procedures and train staff.
• Comply with company policies.
• Lead and coordinate new item meetings.
• Back up Tooling Coordinator when needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
