Real Floors, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Operations Associate for a full-time, on-site role at 1220 Cook Street, Columbia, SC. You will manage orders, assist subcontractors, and coordinate payroll data while delivering excellent service to customers.

The position emphasizes problem-solving, organization, and collaboration with sales, operations, and billing teams. Prior flooring knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming customer orders via phone, email, and online portal.
• Provide clear, helpful solutions to customer inquiries and direct them as needed.
• Maintain accurate records for orders, billing, and payroll data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order and installation issues.
• Review subcontractor payroll sheets and perform data entry into relevant systems.
• Address and resolve work order issues with subcontractors and stakeholders.
