Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Supervisor, CSR to manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service department and train CSRs in daily activities.

The role requires a solid understanding of manufacturing, planning, and transportation, plus strong data-entry and process-improvement skills. You will lead a team to meet KPIs, develop client relationships, and support deployments at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in transportation/supply chain management in a 3PL environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of effective management experience in logistics, customer service or related field.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and team members.
• Provide overall responsibility for accurate data capture and system entry.
• Proactively utilize data to resolve internal and external issues.
• Meet or exceed all team KPIs for Customer Service.
• Assist with implementation and testing of new account start-ups.
• Provide support to teams at customer sites.
• Present data and findings to customers.
