Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service or comparable experience with issues resolution, Required.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing software Advanced, Required.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Improve the quality and consistency of customer communications and meet customer's expectations. Drive customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT: Schedule repairs, manage orders, and coordinate with rental and vendors to support shop operations.
• PARTS MANAGEMENT: Inventory planning, parts ordering, stocking, and warranty handling to contain costs.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: Handle shop calls, clerical duties, and accounts payable related to shop operations.
