Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and coordinate with Maintenance/Asset Management.
• Execute customer communication protocol to ensure a great experience.
• Manage rental sales process for inbound/outbound calls and leads.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
